Ingredients
Chicken pieces ---- 1 kg
Big Onion ---- 4 nos (big size)
Tomato ---- 4 nos (big size)
Ginger paste ---- 2tsp
Garlic paste ---- 2 tsp
Cashewnut paste ---- 50 gm
Chilly powder ---- 1 1\2 tbsp
Garam masala ---- 2 tsp
Fresh cream ---- 50 gm
Butter ---- 50 gm
Corriander leaves ---- 1\2 cup
Salt ---- to taste
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry big onion and tomato till it becomes brown.
- Add ginger paste, garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala and a little water and cook till it becomes brown. Stir continuously.
- Then add chicken pieces and also add salt to taste and corriander leaves, mix it well and then cook.If the chicken pieces become 3\4 cooked, add cashew nut paste and fresh cream and again cook.
- Finally add butter and mix it well and then turn off the flame.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and then serve.
