Ingredients
Jack fruit ---- 5 kg
Sugar ---- 3 kg
Boiled water ---- 5 litre
Cinnamon ---- 15 pieces
Cloves ---- 20 nos
Wine yeast ---- 20 gm
Preparation
- Melt the wine yeast in a little warm water and keep it aside for one hour.
- Mix jack fruit pieces, sugar, boiled water, cloves and cinnamon.
- After 2 hours add the melted wine yeast into the above mixture and stir it well.
- Transfer it into a closed jar and leave it for 15 days. Stir everyday using a wooden spoon. Then strain it.
- Add egg white foam to the strained mixture and keep it in closed jar for another 20 days.
- Then filter and use.
