- oil 1 tbsp
- Black gram 1\2 tsp
- Big onion sliced 1
- tomato sliced 1
- green chilly 4
- curry leaves
- scraped coconut 3 tbsp
- salt to taste
Procedure
- Heat oil in a pan,then add black gram, wait for a few seconds.
- Add sliced big onion, sliced tomato, green chilly and curry leaves and fry till golden brown.
- Add scraped coconut and enough salt and mix it well and wait for a minute.
- Allow it to cool and transfer it to a mixie bowl and grind it into a smooth paste.
- Make it loose by adding water or thick as per your preference.
- Serve it with dosa or idli.
